Lifted top notes of brioche and yeast lees marry into subtle bread dough, citrus, cashew and faint toasted honey notes. Very fine and long with a tightly knit, chalked tinged finish, gracing the palate is an elegant profile of yeasty dried honey characters, light baked bread, pear, subtle cashew and faint oily toast like characters. Good tension with a light airy feel and vivid structured acidity leading into a long eloquent aftertaste. Requires some patience.
Cellar 6-8 years.
